Nuorese Cultural District

The Palazzo delle Poste di Nuoro, designed by the government architect Angiolo Mazzoni and built in 1927, is an example of Rationalist and Metaphysical architecture from the Fascist period, when Nuoro, having become the provincial capital, was at the heart of a major public building campaign.
